    课程设置：
    学术英语课程可直接进入大学衔接课程或大学裡学习。与训练有素，经验丰富的教师学习，学生能以完全的大学生身份，进入并使用大学的设施和活动。本课程分为6个级别，每个班级约10至15名学生。该课程主要集中在阅读，写作，听力和口语，以帮助为来学习并了解美国大学的学习风格。

    国际生活学习中心
    许多学生将被放置在新的国际生活学习中心，所有的INTO课程，教室，礼堂和住宅空间提供给超过300个国际和国内的学生。
    尽一切努利安排国际学生与美国室友居住。这种多元的文化环境提供了国际拥有国际经验的机会。导师都是经过专业训练，

    共用客厅，设备齐全的厨房，配套齐全的卧室和休息室，酒店靠近INTO俄勒冈州立大学中心，需要9个月的合约。

在課堂上常會玩有趣的遊戲，老師不論怎麼樣都會鼓勵你做的很好。學校在每天也會有不同的活動，像我有和同學一起參加球類運動，也有和學校的旅行團一起去滑雪，感覺生活很多采多姿又沒有考試的壓力。
是一個大都市，雖然也有一些不錯的景點，也可以在路上看到各式各樣各個國家的人，這人多車多的大城市，還真不習慣，我花了好幾天才適應過來。這次是我第一次自己一個人出國，除了待兩個月唸語言學校，結束後我還再到旅行，感覺這趟旅程最大的收穫是做了自己以前不敢做的事。在唸語言學校的期間，我周末都會自己安排各個景點去自助旅行，在旅行前不僅要做好功課，到了當地也要靠著地圖慢慢摸索，或是問旅遊服務中心。
住寄宿家庭，不過離學校搭公車通勤要三十分鐘，每天都會經過大橋，看到漂亮的海和無數艘帆船。我住的房間非常奢華，很大又一個人睡雙人床，還有一張書桌。對於住宿有一些限制，不過大致上還不錯，我有三個室友，偶爾也會和他們一起出去走走，感覺跟不同國家的同學上課很開心，也可以了解很多有別於台灣的不同的世界。
